Ingredients: tapioca starch, arrowroot starch, citrus fiber, cream of tartar, sodium bicarbonate.

Combine 2 tsp egg replacer with 2 T warm water for each egg.  Add mixture to batter in place of eggs.  This egg replacer works best in scratch-made baked goods. If using in a prepared baking mix, some experimentation may be necessary.
